Little life update – December 20th, 2021

Hello, everyone! How are you all doing? Well, I hope!

I’m alive, and not doing too badly all things considered. With the end of the year approaching, I thought I’d update you all a little on my life – I’m sure you had been waiting at the edge of your seats, right?

Without further ado, here goes nothing:

1- I’m still very much single, and very much considering staying this way- I’m starting to feel too much like the old grumpy spinster to go back in the dating pool;

2- I’ve finally gotten around to investing some money. Just a little, but at 39, it’s about time I try my hand;

3- I’ve also gotten a small, but significant raise, which will definitely help with this whole investing thing;

4- The 9th was my ex’s birthday and I had forgotten to take it off my calendar. That notification hurt, y’all;

5- I’ll work until the 22nd and then only next year – I can’t wait;

6- My brother had started talking to me again, but it only lasted for as long as he needed something – he’s gone back to radio silence now – oh, well;

7- I’m getting the itch to move again – because of course I am;

8- I’m learning how to use Blogger again and getting used to writing more in Portuguese – both things are pretty interesting after spending so long writing only/mostly in English and on WordPress.

I guess that’s pretty much it. Everything else is doing just fine. I’m healthy, albeit tired, and everything else is more of the same. Next post will probably be one of those random pictures – I’ve already chosen it, and will post it unless something more important happens between now and then.
